Joseph Salamanca, has a BSBA from CSUSM and has worked for corporate and independent restaurant groups. He was most recently General Manager of a 7,500 sf restaurant and bar in Little Italy. Through the pandemic, Joseph helped implement a thriving takeout program, tested three different point-of-sale systems, and hired over 100 employees. His expertise includes prime cost management, menu costing, training design, system development, restaurant technology, and personal development coaching.
