He built Southland Equities from a one-person local start-up into a highly profitable business. After 23 years, he sold it to a national bank which was and still is the largest originator of home loans in the U.S. Michael draws from his experience in planning, strategizing, selling, managing, hiring and training employees, negotiating leases, complying with regulatory requirements and finding financing to help clients be successful.
